Researcher Intern (IDL) Baidu USA - Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Full-time,
Internship Baidu USA Innovation Center is actively seeking Architects to
join our vibrant team. You will have an opportunity to tackle some of
technologys greatest challenges while making an impact at scale. You
will also have opportunities to travel to Baidu China offices in Beijing
and Shanghai. The ideal candidate should have experience with
large-scale distributed systems for the parallel processing of massive
quantities of data, and have experience with large-scale data storage
and data retrieval. The position is full-time and based in our Silicon
Valley office in Sunnyvale, CA. We provide competitive compensation and
benefits. Requirements: ------------- * B.S. degree in computer science
or related fields. Master or Ph.D. degrees are preferred. * At least 2
years of relevant industry experience. * A solid foundation in computer
science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and
software design. * Expert knowledge developing and debugging in C/C++. *
Deep understanding of large-scale data processing, data storage, and
data retrieval. * Experience with file systems, database design and SQL,
