    Job Description

    We are looking for a multi-talented Administrator/Office Manager to join our team in Palo Alto. Reporting to the president, the successful candidate will be responsible for day to day running of the office, and working closely with the president to accomplish all tasks: Bookkeeping:

    • Maintain the daily accounts (AP, AR, bank recons, etc.) using Quickbooks.
    • Process expense reports -Print checks for installers and other AP activities
    • Work with our project management team to input and print subcontractor checks – weekly

    On the Office Administration side:

    • Working with our project manager, order project materials, track and coordinate deliveries -Greet clients and present products -Maintain office and kitchen supplies
    • Research travel needs, make reservations, etc.
    • Schedule appointments as necessary
    • Other admin tasks as required Personal Attributes/Requirements for the Position:
    • 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with Quickbooks
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task
