Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. In this position, you will interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately weld structural components and parts. This is an integral part of the construction process, as it provides a strong infrastructure foundation. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with great attention to detail and proven experience as a Welder.

Responsibilities

Must have valid Driver's License

Must be able to work overtime (sometimes until the job is done)

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics

Plan layout and measurements of structural components

Interpret requirements to select the most appropriate welding equipment for the job

Operate angle grinders, calipers, rulers, and other hand and power tools

Use manual and semi-automatic welding equipment

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Welder

Professional Certification (AWS welding certificate) is preferred

Experience with a variety of welding equipment and tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents and drawings

Understanding of all health and safety guidelines

Attention to detail
