Responsibilities: • Source 12-15 meetings with customers each month • Acquire substantial knowledge of real estate • Demonstrate proficiency in communications, arrangements of meetings, handling clients, and listening to their needs • Become well-informed in the real estate system, from seeking clients to establishing deals and beyond • Help 20-40 customers throughout the year in their pursuit of the perfect home to purchase or to sell Qualifications: • Have a valid Real Estate License in the state of Colorado • Demonstrate an enthusiastic and relentless approach • Be able to reach out to prospects both traditionally and digitally • Possess the skill to negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers and sellers • Stay up to date with all Colorado Real Estate laws and regulations • Become an expert in real estate topics, processes, and trends • Be legally allowed to practice real estate in Colorado • Show the capability to create prospects utilizing modern and traditional techniques • Demonstrate proficiency in Colorado Real Estate regulations and guidelines Compensation: $70,000 - $170,000 yearly
