Responsibilities: • Have access to thousands of potential customers, and getting in front of dozens of new clients each month • Become highly knowledgeable in the real estate industry • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, managing appointments, client interactions, and attentively meeting their needs • Become well-accustomed to the real estate process, beginning from prospecting to closing deals • Guide 20-40 customers throughout the year in their search for the perfect property to buy or sell Qualifications: • Hold or be in the process of obtaining a real estate license in Colorado • Show an enthusiastic and determined attitude • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Colorado real estate regulations and standards • Exhibit proficiency in procuring clients through online and offline methods • Possess the ability to negotiate deals with purchasers and sellers • Remain abreast of current Colorado real estate principles and regulations • Demonstrate familiarity with real estate-related news, developments, and processes • Possess the ability to communicate with prospects digitally and traditionally Compensation: $70,000 - $170,000 yearly
