    We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients Qualifications: • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • A consistent top performer in sales • Be a licensed Real Estate Agent • Be bilingual in English and Spanish • Be committed to assisting clients in the entire home buying/selling process • Be humble and hungry for great earning potential • Enthusiastic about new technology and more earning opportunities as the company grows Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000+ at plan yearly
