Responsibilities: • Current real estate license (Or actively pursuing) • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show good organizational and time management skills • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Technology Use Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred +1 year of real estate sales experience Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license Compensation: $70,000+
