Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to operating teams, gaining key insights into spend trends with meaningful and actionable analyses.
• Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and annual and long-range planning in support of key departments.
• Assisting the team to prepare executive and management presentations.
• Building and maintaining reports, models, and dashboards around key metrics to monitor and ultimately improve sales performance and understanding.
• Performing ad hoc analysis for executives as required.
• Developing and implementing a higher level of automation into regular processes and driving the use of dashboards to deliver key results and metrics for action by business leaders.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required ideally within a financial discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience with an emphasis on business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis or similar business functions.
• Experience working with MS Excel utilizing pivot tables, macros, formulas and report formatting.
• Experience working with business intelligence software platforms (Cognos is a plus)
• Data Modeling a plus
• SQL querying experience a plus.
