The Bake Assistant supports the Baker in daily production by preparing ingredients, assisting with baking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role is essential to delivering fresh, high-quality cakes while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with prepping ingredients and batter according to recipes and standards

Support the baking process, including pan preparation, baking, cooling, and storage

Ensure accurate measurements and consistent product quality

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas

Wash and sanitize dishes, tools, and equipment

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines

Assist with inventory organization and restocking supplies

Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Willingness to learn and follow processes closely

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Previous baking or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
