    Job Summary We are seeking a 3rd Shift Baker to join the team! In this role, you will focused on preparing our community favorite cake donuts and sweet rolls. You will be responsible for opening the bakery in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious breads and pastries. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you!

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead

    Monitor fryer temperatures and fry times per individual donut to ensure every one meets our standards.

    Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

    Prepare custom orders

    Track inventory as necessary

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred

    Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

    Knowledge of food safety practices

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Team player

    Available for early morning shifts

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    High attention to detail (timing is everything in baking!).

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (flour bags are heavy!).
