    Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a baker. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic food production environment, focusing on creating high-quality baked goods and culinary delights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, pastry arts, and kitchen operations, with a commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. This position is essential for maintaining the quality and consistency of our products while supporting the overall culinary team.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts with precision and creativity.

    Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques to meet presentation standards.

    Efficiently packaged finished products for retail or catering purposes, ensuring freshness and quality.

    Assist in food production processes, including mixing, baking, and finishing items according to recipes and specifications.

    Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.

    Support catering events by preparing food items and ensuring timely delivery.

    Handle food ingredients safely, adhering to proper storage and handling procedures.

    Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts is highly desirable.

    Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.

    Experience in food preparation within a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment.

    Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.

    Familiarity with packaging techniques for baked goods or food products.

    Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.

    Customer service skills for interacting with clients or customers when needed.

    Culinary experience in the food industry with a focus on quality and presentation.

    Able to speak Korean or Spanish is a plus

    Must be able to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 20lbs.
