Eileen's Cookies Edmond is a growing bakery known for fresh, high-quality cookies and desserts. We’re looking for a passionate Cookie Baker who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in creating delicious baked goods from scratch.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of cookies according to recipes and production schedules

Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately

Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure consistent quality

Decorate or finish cookies when needed

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with ingredient prep and inventory when needed

Requirements

Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if needed

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
