<Job Summary>

We are seeking reliable and motivated Baker/ Oven Operator to join our food production team. The oven operator supervises the cooking process for our products.

<Responsibilities>

Cook kolaches according to established standards

Maximize oven use to ensure oven is loaded to capacity and filled at all times when necessary

Prep, load, and unload ovens

Monitor cooking throughout the day

Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and food safety guidelines

Perform basic quality checks on products

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

<Qualifications>

No prior experience required (training provided)

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of food safety is a plus

<Work Environment>

Food production facility (temperature may vary)

Standing and repetitive tasks required

<Schedule & Pay>

Full-time / Part-time available

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $[12 - 14]/hour (based on experience) - 90-day evaluation required
