We are seeking a talented and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker at Bobbie's, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing desserts, bread, and biscuits for our guest.

Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts and bread, such as cakes, tarts, hoggie rolls, sandwich buns, and focaccia.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other members of the catering team to ensure timely delivery of desserts to events

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a pastry cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• Creativity in designing visually appealing desserts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
