Sugar Plum Bakery is looking for an experienced baker to make cake, icings, and cookie doughs, desserts and doughnuts. Candidate must be able to:

• Measures mixes and prepares raw materials according to Sugar Plum Bakery standards and recipes

• Mix and scale cake, cookie doughs, icings.

• Accurately follow recipes

-Lift 60 pounds.

• Be detailed oriented and be able to follow large batch recipes.

• Adhere to and enforce sanitation, safety and health procedures

• Available from 4 am to 9 am. No Sundays.

Experience preferred but not required
