At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Baker is at the heart of it all. As a Baker Trainer, you’ll play an important role in building strong, confident baking teams across all 10 of our locations.

This position will primarily be based at our Omaha bakery, where you will spend the majority of your time building a strong baking team and conducting the bulk of our hands-on baker training. You’ll work closely alongside our Director of Training to train new bakers, coach existing team members, and help ensure our bakers have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to consistently produce our guests’ favorite cakes.

While Omaha will be your primary home location, this role will also include some travel to our other bakery locations as needed to provide training, coaching, and additional support to our baking teams. You’ll help identify areas where bakers may need additional development and provide hands-on guidance to help each team succeed.

We’re looking for someone who loves baking, enjoys teaching others, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, enjoys working as part of a team, and is excited about helping others grow.

    What You’ll Do

Primarily work out of our Omaha bakery, building and supporting a strong, high-performing baking team.

Conduct the majority of our baker training and hands-on development in the Omaha location.

Train and coach new bakers as they join our team.

Provide additional training and coaching to bakers who need extra support or development.

Work alongside bakers during production to demonstrate proper techniques, recipes, and best practices.

Partner closely with our Director of Training to develop and support our baking teams.

Travel to our other locations as needed to provide training, coaching, and support.

Help ensure consistency, quality, cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency across all 10 locations.

Identify opportunities for additional baker training and help team members improve their skills.

Lead by example and be willing to jump in and work alongside the baking team.

Help create a positive, encouraging environment where bakers can learn, grow, and succeed.

    What We’re Looking For

Previous professional baking or food-production experience preferred.

A passion for baking and pride in creating consistent, high-quality products.

Someone who genuinely enjoys training, coaching, and developing others.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Physically able to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures consistently.

Reliable, organized, and able to manage changing priorities.

    Strong communication and leadership skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to work alongside the team.

Able and willing to travel to our other locations when training and support is needed.

Why This Job Is So Sweet

    Flexible work schedules.

Casual dress—T-shirts and sneakers are where it’s at!
