Job Summary We are seeking a Baker/Cashier to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will prepare a variety of kolaches and pastries. You will be responsible for opening the bakery in the morning and prepping for the day ahead with a team of staff. The ideal candidate has previous customer service skills and a great attitude to learn in a fast pace environment. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your great personality with customers, we’d like to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead

Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

Bake a variety of kolaches, and pastries

Prepare orders

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a baker, or in a similar role is preferred, but not required

Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

Knowledge of food safety practices

Previous experience decorating cakes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Team player

Available for early morning shifts
