Position Summary
The Office Manager (Bakersfield) plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position supports clinicians, hospice staff, and leadership by ensuring the office is organized, fully stocked, and operating at a high level. From coordinating supplies and vendors to supporting scheduling and administrative functions, this role is essential to delivering quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Support daily administrative needs of staff and clinicians
Ensure clinical materials (including SOC packets) are prepared and accessible
Upload completed SOC documentation into Kinnser accurately and timely
Supply & Inventory Management
Maintain adequate clinical and office supplies
Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates
Proactively order supplies based on operational needs
Prepare SOC folders for clinicians
Clinical & Meeting Support
Prepare materials for case conferences
Support bi-weekly meetings (every other Thursday), including documentation and sign-in sheets
Vendor & Shipment Coordination
Track orders and shipments through ClickUp
Verify deliveries and resolve discrepancies
Monitor drop shipments to patients
Coordinate with clinicians regarding supply needs
