Through our Bake Face™ brand and private-label partnerships, we supply a broad portfolio of Honestly Fresh™ baked goods to retailers nationwide.
We’re looking for a dependable and organized Administrator to support daily operations in our Arizona bakery. This role is the first impression and point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors, while also assisting with employee onboarding, scheduling support, inventory tracking, and general administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, supervisors, and HR to keep records accurate, processes running smoothly, and the workplace well‑supported. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and enjoys being a hands‑on support resource in a fast‑paced production environment.
Responsibilities of the job include:
Managing incoming phone calls (answering inquiries, redirecting calls as appropriate, and taking accurate messages)
Replying to email and in-person inquiries in a professional and timely fashion
Providing general support to in-house visitors
Maintaining a filing system in an organized manner
Assist with recruiting and staffing needs
Onboarding all employees and rehires in ADP, completing I-9 verifications, and processing E-Verify reports
Assisting Human Resources with benefits enrollment process
Handling confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
Enter production packing slips into databases
Match packing slips to invoices
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
Managing key card distribution and access
Running routine administrative/operational reports
Completing ordering and tracking for sanitation supplies inventory
Completing ordering and tracking for uniform apparel inventory
Supporting General Manager and Supervisors as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
2+ years of administrative experience
2+ years of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorization to work in the US
Strong organization and time‑management skills
Positive attitude and professionalism
