    We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-friendly team member who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment. From thoughtfully answering emails and taking custom cake orders to helping pack shipping boxes during busy seasons or even stepping onto the retail floor. Most days bring a mix of familiar routines and new challenges.

    This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves being helpful, communicates clearly, and finds satisfaction in keeping things organized and running smoothly. You’ll also be part of a creative environment where your ideas and attention to detail really matter, from the first inquiry to the final pickup.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer emails, including inquiries about custom cake orders and e-commerce

    Take detailed information for special orders and communicate clearly with the team

    Support the management team as needed, handling pickups or assisting with day-to-day needs

    Help process and pack shipping orders, especially during seasonal rushes

    Provide general support across departments to keep workflow smooth and efficient
