What You'll Do

As the Bakery Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery while leading your team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bakery team.

Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.

Create schedules that support labor goals while meeting business needs.

Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high OSAT (Guest Satisfaction) scores.

Drive bakery sales through local marketing, catering, fundraising, and community involvement.

Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste.

Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.

Monitor daily sales, labor, and operational metrics to achieve profitability goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bakery.

Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture.

Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable experiences.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of restaurant, retail, or bakery management experience.

Proven leadership and team development skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience managing labor, food cost, and sales performance.

Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Preferred Qualifications

Bakery, restaurant, or food service management experience.

Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and performance coaching.

Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable working in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
