We are seeking individuals who are interested in learning about 'Old European style baking' where we use natural leavening and long fermentation to produce high quality bread without any additives or artificial ingredients. If you are serious about learning what it takes to make great bread, you will be learning about: *different types of dough *shaping *molding *bench work and all aspects of baking without full automation
Full time production, Monday through Thursday, early morning hours.
Food handling experience desirable. Desire to learn and grow is crucial and will train the right individual
