We are hiring Bakery Production Workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Navarre, OH. This position supports daily bakery operations and production needs in a facility that operates 24 hours a day. Candidates must have open availability as schedules are assigned based on production demands and shift needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general production and bakery support duties
• Move, lift, stack, and place materials throughout the production process
• Maintain workflow from conveyor systems
• Count, sort, inspect, and organize products
• Assist with packaging and finished product handling
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines
• Support team production goals

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift, move, and handle products throughout shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
