Position: Baking Supervisor

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of Bakery experience
- Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, SQF, and AIB
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
Basic Job Duties
- Ensure consistent food production according to the company’s recipes and standards.
- Supervise Bakers engaged in proofing and oven baking operations.
- Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing flow of products being baked.
- Oversee the daily production shift plans and schedules.
- Monitor Baking Science of Time, Temperature, and Humidity.
- Ensure Quality, Food Safety, Production Efficiencies, minimal Waste
