Job Summary
Support company operations by ensuring client service excellence and client satisfaction. Handle incoming calls, emails, and or requests from clients, physicians, pathologists, patients, employees and or payers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS)
· Associate’s Degree is preferred, or combination of experience with education
· One or more years of Client/Customer Services experience
· Call Center experience strongly encouraged
· Medical Practice or Laboratory work experience preferred
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacts with physicians, employees and clients in a positive manner consistent with the mission and values of Bako Diagnostics.
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality objectives.
Handle outbound and inbound calls from external and internal clients with a sense of urgency.
Handle incoming requests from external and internal clients by e-mail and or fax and managing their inquiries or requests.
Use first call resolution techniques for client support issues and provide clients with appropriate solutions.
Responsible for scheduling specimen pickups via courier databases in a timely manner.
Ability to maintain client and patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA and PHI standards.
Accurately and efficiently document client interaction in company CRM and other applications as required.
