    IMMEDIATELY HIRING for OUTBOUND HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.

    Customer service representatives will be given a list of people to contact via phone. All calls will be with the intent of completing a Health Risk Assessment. Health risk assessments will be around 10-15 questions long to assess the needs of the patient to find them the resources they need for their specific situations. There will be 1 question regarding the covid-19 vaccine on the assessment, so it is important that you have a non-biased view.

    This is a TEMPORARY 4-5 WEEK PROJECT for one of our clients.

    Pay Rate: $17 per hour.

    Requirements:

    • Experience making high volume outbound calls
    • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Computer / typing skills
    • Professional communication skills
    • Must have good internet connection (computer equipment will be provided)
    • Must be able to work full time M-F from 11am - 8pm EST, which is 10am-7pm CENTRAL
