Balance Staffing is looking for LICENSED HEALTH AGENTS at $18.50-$23.50/HR PLUS COMMISSION to join our team!

100% REMOTE :: HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT 

• THIS IS A 100% REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME ROLE.

• PAY RATE IS BETWEEN: $18.50 - $23.50/HR + PLUS COMMISSION

• ALL INBOUND CALLS WITH SOME WARM LEADS IF NEEDED.!

• MANDATORY (HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE*)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through networking techniques Comply with insurance standards and regulations Track and identify areas of improvement MUST HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE AND HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED.

Requirements: BACKGROUND & DRUG TEST

PAID Training Hours: 6 WEEKS at 9 AM-5:30 EST/CST

HOURS OF OPERATION: 8AM-11PM EST/CST 5 DAYS A WEEK. Your schedule will be between that window.
