BALANCE STAFFING is seeking a self-directed IT INTERN to join our client’s team in HAYWARD, CA. The ideal IT Intern will have a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The intern will actively contribute to IT projects and work closely with mentors and senior leadership.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle IT-related documentation 
• Assist in gathering user requirements and developing appropriate reports for IT and business professionals 
• Provide support in setting up end-user training activities
• Assist in fulfilling user support requests Requirements
