Job Description
POSITION: International Sales Coordinator
LOCATION: Stockton, CA
PAY: $19/hr or more, depending on experience
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
DURATION: Contract to hire
JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinating with International Sales Operations regarding correspondence, quotations,
technical review with engineering, drawing preparation, order entry, expediting, outbound
logistics coordination, banking, and all required export documentation.
- Coordinating with International Purchasing Operations involving correspondence, purchase
order entry, production scheduling, expediting, inbound logistics coordination, and import
documentation.
- Coordinating with the Project Team and Project Administrators on international inquiries,
contract review, commercial and technical review, estimations, proposal preparation,
technical drawing preparation, project scheduling, project documentation, production
expediting, product identification, marking & tagging, packaging, logistics coordination, and
shipment documentation.
- Coordinating with production facilities and warehouse personnel to ensure deadline
commitments are fulfilled.
- Performing other duties as may be required by the International Sales, Project, and
Engineering Team in support of expanding markets and sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1+ year of relevant experience
Advanced computer experience required (Microsoft Office)
