We are seeking a permanent(direct-hire) Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization! You will assist clients with any questions that they may have about their policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have an internet modem that allows an ethernet cord to be connected to it
• Be able to complete full-time training and work schedule
• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to use a computer
• Detail-oriented
