    About Us: We are hiring for a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to enhancing the cultural and educational experiences of African American and other students. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

    Job Summary: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the executive office and supporting the CEO in various administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Anticipate and prioritize scheduling conflicts, ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time.

    Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, correspondence, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.

    Meeting Preparation: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, documents, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

    Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.

    Expense Management: Track and reconcile the CEO's expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    Project Support: Assist the CEO in various special projects, research assignments, and presentations. Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information.

    Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including managing office supplies, handling incoming calls, and greeting visitors.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

    Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
