We are looking for an organized, driven, and experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee projects out of our Albany, Oregon office. The PM is involved in design, estimating, planning, development, production, and installation of projects and will manage projects from the very beginning stages through final completion and closeout. This involves working directly with clients, owners, subcontract operators, and team members to ensure a successful project delivery, all while being the personification of Baldwin General for our clients and maintaining client satisfaction.

Primary Duties

• Closely monitors daily project financial operations to ensure compliance with established goals
• Coordinates with project managers to update project forecasts weekly
• Prepare monthly draft pay applications in consultation with PM for final review and issuance
• Direct the solicitation and timely collection of all Subcontractor and Vendor monthly bills and invoices
• Provides ongoing communications to project teams regarding billings and invoicing status
• Oversee the filing, processing, and entering of receipts, billings, and invoices per company SOPs
• Ensure job specific financial records are properly and accurately maintained
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide technical accounting assistance and direction as needed / required

Requirements

• Associates in accounting or better
• Experience with Procore
• Prior work history in Commercial Construction preferred.
