Job Description

Smashburger in Ballantyne is seeking a part-time Data Analyst to collect and analyze online sales data to help the General Manager make informed decisions about marketing promotions to online customers. Email marketing experience is a plus. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information from our online sales dashboard, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. Responsibilities: * Conduct market research to determine potential of menu items * Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats * Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns * Translate complex data into simple graphs and text * Compile and present data for the General Manager ​ Qualifications: * Previous experience in market research or other related fields * Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work well in teams Company Description Smashburger's vision is to bring the joy of eating to everyone!
