We are a fast-paced women’s health-focused acupuncture clinic, and we are looking for a take-charge office manager who will join our team for the long term. You will work with a clinic owner who is dynamic, results-oriented, and always open to new ideas. Our excellent customer care and supportive work environment have earned us the Seattle Award for Best Acupuncture Clinic two years in a row! Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000, 2 Weeks PTO, Simple IRA Responsibilities: • Patient Communication - schedule patients in person, by email, text, or on the phone. Be the face of the business when people walk in the door • Manage Office's secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations • Keep Office running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, optimizing organizational budget, and working with EHR system • Manage Herbal Dispensary - Put together herbal formulas for patients • Ensure overall flow of the clinic - Make sure patients and practitioners have what they need • Track Clinic Stats - Work with Excel spreadsheets to track all clinical stats weekly • Minimal Insurance billing - We will train • Retail Sales - Set up and rotate merchandise displays Qualifications: • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
