  • Responsibilities

    Provide therapeutic supervision and medical services to patients. Assist the nursing staff by performing a variety of patient care duties and clerical functions within the Medical Unit. Assures adherence to state statutes and rules, CARF standards, and federal regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Positively represents the organization and promotes Rimrock’s Mission to the community.

    WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:

    • Empower clients through healthy relationship building.
    • Advocate for our clients and the success of their recovery.
    • Vital signs on patients and as directed by nursing staff.
    • Inpatient history/ingestion form, all but medical assessment of systems.
    • Assist with monitoring detox patients and crisis stabilization patients.

     

    EDUCATION/TRAINING: High school graduate and previous Nurses Aide experience.

     

    CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE: Montana Certified Nurse Aide, current CPR and First Aid.  Good driving record and insurability is required.  Must have valid Montana driver’s license.

     

    SKILLS: Listening and speaking skills; legible penmanship; interpersonal communication skills in working with the public, doctors and various other departments.  Empathy and ability to establish a therapeutic relationship with all types of patients.  Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook.

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is indoors in an office environment with moderate noise.  Intermittent physical effort involving lifting of up to 25 pounds, walking and stooping is required.  A typical workday involves sitting, frequent use of a keyboard, reaching with hands and arms, and talking and hearing, approximately 70% of the time.  Approximately 30% or less of the time is spent standing.  Normal vision abilities required, including close vision and ability to adjust focus.

     

    WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB LOCATIONS: Involves everyday risk or discomfort requiring normal safety precautions in an office setting, meeting room and patient care areas.  Work may involve mental and emotional stress. Some driving required. Will work primarily at Main Facility.

    Essential Duties Include; 

    • Direct and oversee the Scheduling Department in the preparation of the master production schedule (MPS) including methodology, preparation and deployment. • Create daily, weekly, and monthly build plans to satisfy timely availability of finished products and on-time delivery across all customer orders, based on customer requirements for product mix and volume. • Balance actual and forecasted customer demands with corresponding resources and capacities. Continually modify production plans in line with customer demand, ensuring promised lead times and ship dates are achieved. • Achieve financial objectives by aligning the sales & operations plan with the production and inventory plans through collaboration with Sales Operations, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Execution. • Ensure the MPS is executed in a manner that supports maximum labor efficiency and equipment capacity to deliver the lowest possible product costs while balancing Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity objectives.
