Job Summary At Tutu School, we look for magic makers. On our team, we want hearts that never stop twirling and minds that thrive on creativity. We require our teachers to have a strong background in dance, great communication skills, and a commitment to our carefully crafted curriculum. Most of all, we want instructors who are invested in nurturing the big dreams of little dancers.

We are looking for someone with full availability on Tuesdays as well as other weekday availability and can teach at both our Laguna Niguel & Ladera Ranch locations.

Responsibilities

Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.

Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership.

Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.

Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.

Communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred

High school or equivalent is preferred

Teaching experience is preferred

It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.
