About the Role:

Join Tutu School Carlsbad as a Ballet Teacher and inspire the next generation of dancers! We are looking for passionate individuals who can share their love for ballet in a fun and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach ballet classes to students of various ages and skill levels.

Develop engaging lesson plans that foster creativity and technique.

Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.

Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.

Organize and participate in recitals and performances.

Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the curriculum.

Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a ballet teacher or dancer with a strong background in ballet.

Formal training in ballet from a recognized institution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.

Patience and adaptability in teaching methods.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Passion for dance and commitment to fostering a love for the art.

Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
