    Spanish Speaking - Customer Service Representative SPANISH SPEAKING Do you live within 30 miles of St. Louis and do you want to work from home? Do you want to join a fast-growing call center? Come join us! We are looking for two customer service representatives to join our 19 people strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities: • Must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish SPANISH SPEAKING • Greet customers and make them feel at home. • Answer inbound phone calls for Real Estate Investors. • Build great rapport as the "front desk" solution for many investors around the country. • Booking appointments • Communicate directly with clients with any questions or concerns they may have. Qualifications: • Must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish • MUST live within 30 miles of St. Louis! • Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers. • Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments. • Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have. • Good communication skills with customers. • Ability to multi-task with no reduction in quality of work. • Must be coachable. • Must be ready to grow with us. Compensation: $11 - 13 hourly
