    Job Description

    As Media Producer, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all photo and video productions for print and digital channels, including pre-production tasks such as location scouting, scheduling, shot list creation and booking talent, to on-set management and final asset delivery. You will work within a resourceful, high-performing photo and video production team to produce the highest quality deliverables that support seasonal and annual company roadmap initiatives as well as the growth of our brand. We are looking for someone who has strong project management skills that can transition seamlessly from working within one production phase to another.

    This full-time position reports to the Senior Manager of Creative Content. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Tuesday and Wednesday in-office as well as additional time on location for shoots throughout the year.

    What you’ll do:

    • Lead the logistics and operational planning of photo and video productions, including timeline development, resource allocation, third-party vendor booking, product coordination, and location scouting and management
    • Facilitate pre-production details such as location approvals, casting, and prop procurement
    • Partner with creative leads in the development of pre-production documentation including development of shot lists and production decks
    • Work with project managers to ensure alignment of production timelines to company roadmap initiatives, such as seasonal product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
    • Provide on-set logistics and production support for all photo and video productions
    • Partner with Creative Director, Art Director, and additional leads throughout the production process to ensure brand and business goals are met
    • Determine the different needs for studio, location, and remote productions, ensuring all parties involved are adequately informed and prepared
    • Forecast and manage both the annual Content Team budget and seasonal shoot production budgets
    • Partner with Studio Manager to coordinate product samples and oversee preparation, staging, and packing during production
    • Cultivate a network of third-party vendors that aligns with company values and supports long-term growth
    • Rally and encourage production team when urgency or motivation is needed

    What you bring to the table:

    • 5+ years of photo and video production experience on an in-house creative team or digital media agency
    • 5+ years of production management, including planning, budgeting, vendor negotiation, product coordination, etc.
    • Proficiency in all stages of photo and video production from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
    • In-depth knowledge of studio, location, and remote production processes
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage crew members and multiple ongoing projects
    • A strong combination of creativity and project management
    • Outstanding communication skills to work with a diverse group of individuals across multiple geographies
    • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Basecamp, Asana, etc.
    • Willingness to travel several times a month during peak season, up to 40% of the year
    • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (this job may require driving on company time)

    The base pay range for this position is: $97,000 to $111,000. Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
