    ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

    To utilize dirt bike culture to end the cycle of poverty, disrupt the prison pipeline, and build bridges in communities. Our goal is to create better pathways in STEM/careers with local talent and programmatic solutions to non-violent offenses and direct investment into Black communities.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Executive Assistant contributes to the mission of the organization by providing lead administrative oversight, scheduling, internal operations, personal and professional management of the CEO.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Administrative (70%)

    • Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings/ appointments (in-person and virtual), and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

    • Manage both the admin email and general email accounts, including organizing correspondence and responding to emails.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO and/or team members

    • Complete requests and/or prepare documents on behalf of the CEO

    • Manage and organize documents in the admin folder on the Google Drive

    • Take notes and/or transcribe meetings, including agendas, follow up emails, briefings, etc.

    Office Support (30%)

    • Work with team members to coordinate scheduling team meetings, events, media press, and partnerships/collaborations

    • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to provide support to the CEO

    • Coordinate Events Designated by the CEO

    Yearly Performance Metrics:

    A. 40% increase of awareness of CEO’s priorities

    B. 25% reduction in CEO’s overall meeting schedule

    C. 20% acquisition of a new skills related to role

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text.

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite ( Google Drive and Shared Drive, Google Docs, Slides, Gmail, etc.)

    • Experience with online meeting software ( Zoom) .

    • Excellent with online calendars (Calendly) and scheduling (Google Calendar).

    • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Three to four years of experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or other executive administrative support role.

    • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships

    • An individual thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills that can independently problem solve in a fast paced environment

    • Excellent with online program management (Asana).

    *This role will be Hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days remotely. The role can change based on the needs of the organization during peak programming season
