    ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

    To utilize dirt bike culture to end the cycle of poverty, disrupt the prison pipeline, and build bridges in communities. Our goal is to create better pathways in STEM/careers with local talent and programmatic solutions to non-violent offenses and direct investment into Black communities.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Program Manager will oversee the program team while working in collaboration with the Chief of Staff to develop reliable processes to track current programming, investigate incoming programming prospects, and forge relationships that create future programming opportunities.
    B-360 is seeking a seasoned, well-equipped Program Manager with exceptional organizational and people management skills.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Program Management (50%)

    • Manage the team that coordinates B-360 programs.

    • Design and implement programs that support B-360’s mission, vision, and goals.

    • Ensure the school-based program curriculum is taught with fidelity.

    • Monitor program operations for quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

    • Utilize client relationship management system (CRM/Salesforce) and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs.

    Staff Management (20%)

    • Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

    • Ensure the program/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets.

    • Has full authority for personnel actions.

    Administrative Duties (30%)

    • Experience with Homebase, Salesforce, Asana

    • Develop and grow systems and processes that will allow B-360 to be

    more efficient in its mission.

    • Exceptional leadership skills

    • Excellent grant writing skills with a history of winning grants upwards of $10,000

    • Experience in business procurement and client sales

    Yearly Performance Metrics:

    A. 6 Bi-Monthly programming team professional development/team building activity

    B. 80% performance on site evaluations (when sites review B-360 programming/instructors)

    C. 80% performance for instructors by sites and internal evaluation

    D. 70% successful implementation rate of suggested new ideas, programs, etc

    E. 5 retained instructors

    F. 90% Effectiveness in Programming General KPIs

         85% Attendance

         90% growth in STEM

         90% transferable skills

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • 5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor

    • 2- 4 years supervisory experience

    • Works well independently

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Youth development/constructing experience

    • Knowledge of education and government partnerships

    • Excel in Google Suite

    *This role will be Hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days remotely. The role can change based on the needs of the organization during peak programming season

    Length of role: Full-time

    Salary: $70,000- $85,000
