    ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

    To utilize dirt bike culture to end the cycle of poverty, disrupt the prison pipeline, and build bridges in communities. Our goal is to create better pathways in STEM/careers with local talent and programmatic solutions to non-violent offenses and direct investment into Black communities.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Chief of Staff will work closely with our CEO and executive team to streamline operations, manage cross-departmental projects, and drive strategic priorities forward. The Chief of Staff is a critical and trusted leadership role and serves as the strategic partner to the CEO. This position will help drive strategic business planning as and will lead, interact, and build key relationships with business leaders across the organization.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Executive Director Support (50%)

    • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights and analysis on organizational development and performance.

    • Coordinate and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

    • Assist in the preparation for board meetings, staff meetings, and other internal/external events.

    • Become familiar with the CEO’s role and be able to step in when needed to assist with responsibilities

    • Partner with the CEO to communicate goals and objectives of various staff members and help to evaluate progress

    • Respond to inquiries on behalf of the CEO

    Staff Support (50%)

    • Develop and monitor KPIs for efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

    • Assist in the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

    • Aid in formulating and implementing policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.

    • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of internal staff.

    • Act as a liaison between the executive team, staff, and external partners

    • Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization, including efficiency of processes

    • Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight including feedback on the capabilities of all staff

    A. 6 Grants Completed

    B.6 Bi-Monthly outings to build team camaraderie with Program Manager

    C. 70% increase staff retention

    D. 80% increase staff morale

    E. 85% increase staff productivity and professional development growth

    F. 40% increase in board’s involvement

    G. 20% increase of professional certifications or professional appointments for staff

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non- profit or education-based organization.

    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master’s degree preferred.

    • A deep understanding of and passion for B360's mission to use dirt bike culture to end the cycle of poverty and disrupt the prison pipeline

    *This role will be Hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days remotely. The role can change based on the needs of the organization during peak programming season

    TIMELINE AND COMPENSATION

    Length of role: Full-time

    Salary: $90,000- $105,000
