Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes • Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics • Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more • Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system • Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs Qualifications: • Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory • Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus • Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred • GED or high school diploma is mandatory Compensation: 50,000 - 100,000
