    General Manager Baltimore Area Car Dealership is looking for General Manager to lead our staff. The GM is responsible for ensuring the profitability of the dealership through the oversight of the various departments which include variable operations (sales & financing), fixed operations (service & parts), and the business office (accounting & administration). Responsibilities: • Develop and establish short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives for the dealership, in alignment with the executive leadership team • Create and execute dealership operations plans to achieve monthly and annual forecasts. • Ensure effective management of inventory and facilities • Maintain the financial viability of the dealership, including accurate reporting of monthly and annual financial statements • Prepare, manage, and report accurate budgeting statements, meeting the expectations of the executive team • Foster an environment of effective leadership to develop highly productive, enthusiastic, and loyal employees • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and advertising initiatives for the dealership Qualifications: Requirements • Previous automotive General Sales Manager or General Manager experience • Strong leadership skills and management skills • Accountability for operational and financial performance • Financial analysis and reporting experience • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills • Professional appearance and work ethic • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work within a fast-paced environment • Team Player Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
