    Automotive Business Development Coordinator (BDC) Director Our executive team is searching for a motivated individual to fill our Automotive Business Development Coordinator Management role. Automotive BDC Manager will oversee the BDC Department • Responding to incoming phone entreaties and online questions. • Documenting customer particulars and reflections in our system. • Organizing consultations and tracking those who do not show. • Staying up to speed with our products. • Welcoming and helping walk-in customers with courtesy and consideration. • Staying in contact with customers to make sure they are happy with our service. • Guaranteeing consumers are aware of any sales. • Helping with other errands at the dealership. Responsibilities: • Handle all incoming Internet email leads and Internet phone leads • Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly • Help gauge the effectiveness of advertising and marketing partners Qualifications: • Previous BDC Director Experience • Good verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivation • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Drive to hit quotas and goals Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly DOE
