We are searching for a full-time pest control technician to help keep our customers’ homes safe and comfortable. Your job duties will include investigating homes for evidence of unwanted pests, determining the best way to eliminate them, and utilizing pest control methods to keep them from coming back. Applicants should be comfortable working in the presence of all kinds of critters such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, and more. Responsibilities: • Spray the necessary pesticides in appropriate areas of infestation • Schedule appointments with customers by working with our in-office employees • Answer any questions regarding our pest control services • Fill out paperwork after every job to ensure we have a record of our services • Mix the correct amount of chemicals in the applicator based on your measurements of the infested area • Effectively communicate to customers about their service plan/contract Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Superb customer service skills • High school graduate or equivalent • Pest control licensure from the Department of Agriculture • 1+ year of work experience in pest control • Comfortable in confined spaces (crawl spaces) is a must • Comfortable working a roof is a plus but not required Compensation: $37,500 - $48,000 yearly
