Salary Range: $52,000 per year + variable commission up to $73,000 per year Account Executive Job Summary We are building an HR platform to be used by thousands of small businesses. This Account Executive position will be a foundational position for the Sales Team at Bambee. We are looking for highly-motivated individuals to help continue growing our client base. You will speak with top-level decision-makers and cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with companies from 3 - 19 employees, in all 50 states, across multiple industries. If you are eager to take your sales experience to the next level and are willing to learn and work in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment, this is your calling. What You'll Do - Account Executive * Make outbound/warm prospecting calls to prospective clients with a minimum 30 calls per day. * Conduct B2B overview sales calls with prospective clients. * These are transactional sales with a two-week sales cycle. This type of sales experience is preferred. * Potential candidates must be able to possess the ability to relationship build, identify customers' pain points and then tie in how our solution can help. * Must recognize the importance of having healthy and clean pipelines of leads and opportunities. * Performs product demonstrations with potential clients of the Bambee platform * Utilizes the company's Customer Relationship Management software to manage all leads, opportunities, and scheduled events. * Work with Sales Managers to develop strategies to maximize new business to hit monthly recurring revenue targets Who You Are * 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in SAAS / Subscription Businesses * Technologically savvy, with experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems * Excels in a fast-paced environment * Proactive and confident when reaching out to prospects * Organized with a sense of sales urgency * Communication * Coachable as there will be weekly call monitoring, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 sessions with sales leaders. * Empathy to understand the clients' pain points * Desire to work in a startup environment * Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite experience #ZR Company Description Ranked by Forbes as one of America's best startup employers for two consecutive years, Bambee is a growth stage, a venture-backed startup that is developing and deploying best-in-class Human Resources technology and services, while reimagining employment for the largest segment of the job market - small businesses.
