Responsibilities:
- Expertly respond to customer inquiries across various channels (phone, chat, email) during our operating hours of 9am-9pm EST. Your exact schedule is to be determined, however, occasional weekend hours will be required.
- Engage with empathy and problem-solving prowess to resolve issues and provide proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products to offer comprehensive support without reliance on scripts or flowcharts.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to optimize the customer service process.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a remote work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with tools such as Freshdesk, G-Suite, and Slack is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer usage and internet navigation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background check.
