Job Description

Workway BancForce is a professional staffing firm created specifically to service the hiring needs of banks, credit unions, mortgage, and related financial services firms. We are looking for a CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST responsible for Interviewing and determining customer’s banking needs. YOUR SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Open new accounts utilizing Bank’s new account platform. 
• Assist customers with problem resolution in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Act as the initial escalation point for problem resolution. 
•  Maintain a high level of service to Bank Customers.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE: 

• Minimum 3-5 years banking client service and operations experience
• New account experience highly desirable
• Cash handling experience required
