AREA SALES AND TRAINING MANAGER​

The Bandera Agency is interviewing for sales and sales management positions. Our organization is expanding and looking for sharp professionals who can produce at a high level and have the ability to transition into a management role quickly.

As a Sales Representative you will:

• Prepare for each day by deciding a plan of action to ensure achievement
• Visit with individuals to recommend the best Supplemental Insurance solutions to meet their needs
• Participate in continuous training offered by Family Heritage and daily support from local Family Heritage partners

What skills you need:

• Ability to work full time… 40 hours per week (M-F)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
